A Montréal team, with buildings we know by heart
Imovia was founded in 2009 to manage its own group's buildings. 17 years later, we manage 14 buildings and more than 200 apartments across Greater Montréal, and offer the same service to owners who want peace of mind.
Our mission fits in one sentence: treat every building as if it were ours, and every tenant as a neighbour. That's why our apartments rent fast, tenants stay, and buildings gain value.

How we work
Modern tools, a neighbourhood team
Every request, every repair, every rent payment lives in a management system we built for ourselves. Tenants have one address to remember, owners get a clear report every month, and the team sees everything happening in every building, in real time.
But software doesn't fix a furnace. Behind it are local, bilingual people who know the buildings, the contractors and the streets.
