Privacy policy
Imovia (“we”) collects personal information only to respond to your requests. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
What we collect
Through our forms: your name, email, phone, and what you write to us (apartment of interest, building address, message, alert criteria). The site measures its audience without cookies (Vercel Analytics, aggregated and anonymous data). If you accept it in the banner, Google Analytics also sets measurement cookies (pages viewed, referral source, device, truncated IP address), with no advertising or personalization; you can change your mind at any time through the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
Why
To call you back, arrange a visit, prepare a proposal, alert you to an apartment or answer your question. If you rent from us, lease information is kept for the term of the lease and the legal retention periods.
With whom
Your information stays with Imovia and its management tools, hosted in Canada or the United States by recognized providers (including Google, for audience measurement if you accept it). We never sell it and do not share it for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to gestion@imovia.ca. Every alert contains an unsubscribe link. The person in charge of personal information protection replies within 30 days.
Security
Access limited to the people handling your request, encrypted connections, and deletion of unfollowed requests after 24 months.
